Modern Metal Products Co. employs the
latest technologies in the production of our products. As
a full service stamping operation, we use automatic feed
lines at our presses along with advanced die protection
and tonnage monitors. We have stamping capabilities to
400t and fine blanking capabilities to 275t.
We actively use employee involvement
programs such as suggestion/reward systems and Kaizens
programs. These programs allow MMP to provide the best
possible product at the lowest cost to our customer by
making sure some of the most knowledgeable people, the
people who put your products together, have input to the
process.
MMP uses both MRP II and Kan-Ban
systems to assure the fastest response to changing
schedules. We are fully EDI capable. Our assembly
operation uses the latest technology in computer
controlled assembly cells/machines. Multiple functional
tests can be performed at each assembly station, assuring
top quality products, first time, every time.
